By agreeing to participate in this Conference, you are agreeing to these “Terms & Conditions,” so please read them carefully.

  • This Conference is organised by the Conference Secretariat of the Indian National Committee (INC) of the International Dairy Federation (IDF), which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual.
  • Registration for the conference for all days includes a Conference kit; access to all technical sessions and exhibition area; tea/coffee during health break, lunch & dinner including cultural events.
  • Registration as an accompanying person of the Conference includes access to the exhibition area; tea/coffee during health break, lunch & dinner including cultural events. This does not include access to any technical sessions.
  • Registration for farmers and students shall be subject to confirmation of their credentials.
  • Payment will only be accepted in INR; applicable taxes will be charged extra.

Conference Registration

  • Participants can register themselves as delegates.
  • Payment for registrations must be made in INR only and all related transaction/bank/conversion charges/applicable tax shall be borne by the participant.
  • The cut off for early bird/late registration will be the time of successful submission of the registration form online.
  • The payment link shared with the participant will be valid for 24 hours. If the participant is unable to make the payment within 24 hours, the registration will be cancelled. However, the participant can submit a fresh registration form online.
  • Confirmation of online registration is subject to payment reconciliation with the bank.
  • Online registration will be available till 20 June, 2024.
  • The cut-off date for any modifications/additions/deletions to the registration is also 20 June, 2024.
  • Conference fees and fees for any add-on facilities are NON-REFUNDABLE under normal circumstances.
  • All the access privileges will be linked to the delegate ID.
  • Limited facilities for exchanging USD and Euros will be arranged at the venue subject to availability. Other currencies cannot be exchanged at the venue.
  • In the event of the Conference being cancelled, a full refund will be issued after deducting applicable transaction/bank charges.
  • Any legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Anand, Gujarat, India only.

Important Guidelines/Information

  • Registration is mandatory for all delegates including children of all ages.
  • Registration is non-transferable.
  • Participants must present their delegate ID at the Registration/Welcome Desk.
  • Participants must wear their registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area to avoid any inconvenience.
  • Participants must mention their delegate ID in all future correspondences.
  • All remittance/bank charges/online transaction fees are to be borne by the delegates.
  • The Conference Kit will only be handed over to the registered delegate.
  • Entry of accompanying persons may be restricted to certain areas at the venue.
  • Organisers will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • No Conference Kit or workshop materials will be distributed or sent to participants after the event.
  • Sharing of attendee badges/credentials is strictly prohibited.
  • Badges/credentials are issued to, picked up by and used only by the attendee named in the registration.
  • A photo ID will be required for each attendee when collecting a badge onsite.
  • Badges must be worn at all times during the Conference.
  • The Conference secretariat reserves the right to remove any attendee found violating these conditions.
  • The list of hotels available on the website is intended to assist delegates in finding accommodation. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.

Payment Terms

  • The payment must be made in INR only and the related transaction/bank/conversion charges/applicable tax shall be borne by the participant.
  • Conference Secretariat will not be liable for any losses incurred by the Client/Cardholder due to an adjustments made as a result of technical issues such as unstable internet connectivity.
  • Invoices are payable upon receipt and full payment is required to gain entry to the Conference.
  • Access to pre-conference entitlements such as booking hotels or social tours, will not be granted until payment is received.

On-Spot Registration:

  • It is preferable to give prior intimation to the organisers for on-spot registration at registrations@idfkochi2024.com.
  • On-spot registration will be available at the venue starting from 25th June 2024 at 16:00 hours.
  • Payment through online methods will be available at the Registration Desk for on-spot registrations.
  • Please note that the Conference Secretariat will not be accepting cash payments at the Conference venue.
