Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund are subject to the following policy:

• Conference Fees as well as fees towards any add-on facilities are NON-REFUNDABLE under normal circumstances. 
• In case of a situation where a participant is unable to travel to participate in the Conference due to travel restrictions by the government or any other Force Majeure, the refund shall be considered on a case-by-case basis depending upon the legitimacy of the case within four months. An appropriate administration charge may be applicable and all bank/transaction charges shall be borne by the participant. 
• The updates about refund shall be provided at the registered email id.
• All legal disputes shall be subject to Anand, Gujarat, India jurisdiction only.
